The project will explore how a tourism business such as Pilgrimsgården can in the best possible way be an arena for employees with various forms of functional impairment, primarily employees who are deaf or have severe hearing impairment. The project has a practical side where a candidate together with a supervisor works with us to get to know and gain practice in a tourism company.

The project also has a research page which will document and analyze which needs, strategies and tools can be used to optimize well-being and inclusion for the candidate and other employees at Pilgrimsgården. The project has received support from Stiftelsen dam and has been designed in collaboration with the Association of the Deaf.
